Crufts 2025 – Dates for the diary
Thursday 6th March 2025 – Terrier & Hound
Friday 7th March 2025 – Utility & Toy
Saturday 8th March 2025 – Gundog
Sunday 9th March 2025 – Working & Pastoral

For you
You may want to pack the following:
- Crufts Exhibitor Information & Passes – If you entered online, your passes are now available to download. Go to your account at Fosse Data: www.fossedata.co.uk to get them. Make sure you have your entry pass, extra helper pass, exit pass and catalogue slip. If you entered by post, these will be posted to you.
- Crufts Exhibitor Parking – make sure you pay before the day for the best rates. You can pay for it online here.
- Show ring outfit – you may want to pack it separately.
- Comfy shoes – it will be a long day!
- Waterproof clothing – you cannot rely on British weather, so make sure you have a waterproof coat.
- Ring number holder/clip – nothing worse than trying to find one before your class!
- Food and snacks – there is usually long queues, so take some with you.
- Drinks – avoid getting dehydrated, the halls can get quite warm.
- Foldable chair – so you can sit next to your bench with your dog.
- Trolley – the easiest way to transport your stuff from A to B!
- Phone & phone charger – you may spend the day taking photos and videos, which will drain your battery. Charging your phone up before you leave is important in case of an emergency.
- Bank card & cash – always good to have both.
For your dog
You may want to pack the following:
- Show bag – it is good to have a separate bag for your dog.
- Grooming brushes – take all the brushes you think you may need on the day, to give the finishing touch.
- Show leads – It is always good to have a spare lead.
- Normal collar/harness and lead – for when your dog is not in the ring.
- Wet wipes – useful for lots of things!
- Water bowl + water – make sure your dog has his own water bowl and a refillable bottle.
- Food – If your dog will miss mealtimes at the show, take some with you.
- Bait & bait bag – Prepare the bait the night before, pack it, and leave a reminder to collect it from the fridge!
- Poop bags – because you are a responsible dog owner!
- Towel – to clean wet or muddy paws when you arrive.
- Crate (or benching chain) – If you use one.
- ID for crate – If you are taking a crate, make sure you have an identification card with your name and phone number on it.
- Bedding (blankets, bed) – Ensure you have a blanket or some bedding for your bench to keep your dog comfortable.
- First aid kit – you never know when accidents may happen, so pack a basic first aid kit.
- Waterproof clothing – you cannot rely on British weather! Pack a waterproof coat or a onesie.
